I hold a Master of Chinese Studies from National Taiwan University and Bachelor of Chinese Studies from University of Malaya with distinction. Throughout my life as a student, I have been teaching mandarin for people from various background. I believe the most effective way to learn a foreign language is by creating a fun and interactive atmosphere to ignite students interest. Therefore, my teaching materials varies from textbook to the latest C-Pop culture like movies and songs. I always make sure my teaching materials are contextual to real world experience and practical for everyday use in Malaysia. Additional information on Chinese history, philosophy, literature, etc will be shared as well to help student have a more in-depth understanding of the language.
