I have been teaching since ’s, both in Malaysia and in United Kingdom. I have been in education as a Lecturer, Teacher & Trainer.
1. I teach the students using example based teaching, where practical skills and real life examples are taught. Lessons are focused on showing application of these concepts in real-life situations (or in working environment). Once the students see the relationship between what is taught and discussed in class as compared to the theoretical notes provided, understanding the subject-matter becomes relatively easy.
2. Focus is given on the problem area for individual students.
